At the beginning of each school year, students may only be a part of the RGCTV team if they took Media Design and earned a grade of 90 or higher and have teacher approval or recommendation. As the school year progresses students will be evaluated for RGCTV eligibility and interest. In order for a student to be eligible to join the RGCTV team, the following criteria must be met:
- Grade of 90 or above.
- Demonstrated mastery of, and independence, in basic concepts of all 3 phases of video production (planning, production & editing).
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, compliance and responsibility skills required.
- Expressed interest in working on the RGCTV team.
Any student who does not wish to be a member of the RGCTV team should let teacher know ASAP. Video Design Teams (non-RGCTV students) will work on team video projects in which the final product will be a well-produced and edited video that will be graded as a project.
