Description

Professional Communications blends spoken (verbal and nonverbal), written, and graphic communication is a career-based environment. Careers in the global economy require individuals to be creative and have a strong background in technology applications, a solid academic foundation, and a proficiency in professionally spoken and written communication. Within this context, students will be expected to develop and expand the ability to write, read, edit, speak , listen, utilize technology, and conduct Internet research. Successful participation in professional and social interactions will need communication processes that utilize group and interpersonal communications in both informal and formal settings.
