FSHISD Seeks School Board Members

The Fort Sam Houston Independent School District is soliciting for nominees to be considered for 2 openings on the Board of Trustees. The positions must be filled by either a military member or civilian living on or employed by Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. To qualify for the board, a volunteer must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen, and a qualified voter. Trustees will take an official oath of office and serve without compensation. Interested applicants must submit a resume no later than 5 p.m., June 28, 2019 to the School Liaison Officer at 2380 Stanley Road, Building 124, Room 102.
