Fort Sam Houston ISD is requesting our parents' cooperation in completing the annual Impact Aid Survey Form. A letter explaining the reason for the survey and the survey form are being sent home with the students December 4-5, 2025. The form is asking for information as of November 21, 2025. Please complete, sign, and return the form to your child's campus by Friday, December 12, 2025. A separate form is needed for each student. Your cooperation with this necessary form is greatly appreciated!
