The FSHISD Board of Trustees voted to change the last day of school for students from Friday, May 25, 2018 to Thursday, May 24, 2018 to best meet the needs of our families. On May 24, Fort Sam Houston Elementary students will be dismissed at 12 noon and Robert G. Middle and High School students will be released at 12:30 p.m. Graduation ceremonies will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Trinity University’s Laurie Auditorium on Thursday, May 24, 2018. Any student planning on applying for an instruction permit and / or a driver’s license this summer must request their verification of enrollment and attendance form (VOE) from Mrs. Lovings in the attendance office before school ends for the year. Any voe form issued the last 5 days of the school year is good for the entire summer. Once the office is closed in June – your next opportunity to get a VOE form is in August. Request a VOE form now if you plan to take driver’s ed this summer.

Ft. Sam Houston ISD will begin school on Monday, August 28 following regular schedules, to include bus service. Although the roads are safe to drive on, there is still scattered rainfall in the forecast. Parents and staff are asked to be safe and allow extra time to navigate traffic on roads. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to those most impacted by the storm.

Parents and Students of Cole Middle and High School - Starting on Monday, August 14th, all schedules will be available online through the txConnect Parent Portal (available under the Parent tab above). All updates will be completed by Friday, August 19th. Please access your first day schedule and make a copy for your students. Copies will not be handed out during first period. If you do not remember your password please call the school office. Students will report directly to first period on the first day of school, August 21st, 2017.

New to Cole? Join us for "Cole New Kids Camp" for middle and high school students this Friday, August 18! Meet new friends, play some games, and learn about our wonderful school district. Camp runs from 9:30 to 12:30. Students will meet in the Moseley gym. See you then!
