Welcome to Culinary Arts!
My name is Eric Dohrman, and I'll be your chef instructor this year. I am a CIA graduate, small business owner, and most recently the Executive Chef of a New American restaurant on the San Antonio Riverwalk. My career has taken me across the country to some of the most innovative and progressive restaurants in the United States. I've spent the majority of my life cooking professionally, and have never felt more accomplished than when I was able to pass a skill on to another person. That's why I'm so thrilled to be sharing what I've learned with all of you!
