Movement Skills & Coordination
- Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental locomotor skills (running, jumping, hopping, skipping).
- Demonstrate control in non-locomotor skills (balancing, twisting, stretching).
- Apply manipulative skills using equipment (throwing, catching, kicking, striking).
Physical Fitness & Health
- Participate in activities designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and agility. Explain the benefits of regular physical activity on physical and mental health. Demonstrate proper warm-up, cool-down, and stretching techniques.

Rules, Safety, & Sportsmanship
- Understand and follow rules and procedures for individual and team activities.Demonstrate safe practices during all physical activities.
- Exhibit sportsmanship, respect, and cooperation with peers, officials, and teachers.
Teamwork & Social Development
