About Dr. Veyran

Hello,

 

My name is Eddie Veyran, I will be entering my 13th year in education and first at Cole HS/MS. I will be serving as the History Interventionist for 8th graders and as the Offensive Coordinator & Head Boys' Track Coach for the high school. 

 

I have previous stops in Comal ISD, Northside ISD, Judson ISD, San Antonio ISD, Marion ISD, North East ISD, and now am excited to build roots here at Fort Sam Houston ISD. I also spent two seasons as a graduate assistant football coach at Texas State University, Eat Em' Up Cats!

 

Prior to serving in education I served in the U.S. Navy for six years. In my first command, I worked at the Naval Survival Training Institute (NSTI) at NAS Pensacola, Fl. at the "Helo Dunker." This is where we trained all Aviators, Naval Flight Officers and Air Crew on under water egress. In my last command, I ran the Paraloft onboard the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6) which at the time was home ported at Naval Base San Diego.
