Student and Family Resources

Students and families can access a wide variety of resources designed to support academic success, personal growth, and school involvement at Robert G. Cole MS/HS. Students can find information about academic programs, counseling services, clubs, athletics, leadership opportunities, technology resources, and other activities that encourage engagement both inside and outside the classroom.

  • ClassLink is a secure single sign-on platform that gives students quick access to their digital learning tools, applications, and online resources with one username and password. It serves as a central launchpad for educational programs, helping students easily connect to the resources they need for learning at school and at home.

  • Aeries Student Portal gives students secure access to grades, assignments, attendance, class schedules, and other important academic information, helping them stay informed and engaged in their learning progress.

  • Our student devices initiative, provides all students in grades 6–12 with a dedicated Chromebook for both school and home use and all students grades K-5 with access to Chromebooks through their Classroom teachers. Through this program, we are fostering a "Connected Classroom" that empowers students to collaborate, think critically, and thrive in a digital world.

  • Clubs and Activities at Robert G. Cole MS/HS offer students opportunities to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, build friendships, and stay engaged beyond the classroom.   • Aeries Parent Portal provides parents and guardians with secure, real-time access to their child's grades, attendance, assignments, class schedules, and other important school information.
